I Don’t Know Which Email Address I Used to log in to Ingress.

If you don’t know which email address you used to log in to Ingress, we can help you find it by searching for your agent code name.

Be My Username!

Contact us and select “I forgot my username/email address” for assistance in recovering your email address.

I Do Not Know My Username!

To help you find your username, we recommend that you view the screenshots that you saved on your mobile device while playing Ingress. Your username is displayed in the upper right corner of the scanner or in the upper left corner of your profile screen. Once you have found your username, contact us and select the option “I forgot my username/email address”.

Don't you remember your username or email address? Unfortunately, we will not be able to find your account in our system without this information.

If you don’t remember which email account you used to log in to Ingress:

• Visit the email recovery form to get a list of all your email addresses.

My Account Has Been Restored.

Some users may encounter a problem that makes the game appear to resume. Be sure that your progress in the game has not been lost. Stay safe and safe.

You may have accidentally created another Ingress account. This happens when you create an Ingress account with a login method (email account or Facebook), and then try to log in with a different login method or email address.

To Solve This Problem:

You must log out of the account you are currently logged into and log in using the email address and login method that you originally used to create your Ingress account.

• On the scanner, tap the main menu.
• In the upper right corner, click Settings.
• Scroll down to the Exit option.
• On the settings screen, pay attention to the e-mail address and method of logging into the system specified under the "Logout" option. You are currently logged into your account using this combination of an email address and login method.
• Click Logout.
• login with the same email address and login method used when you first created your Ingress account.

I Forgot My Password.

Ingress does not collect or store account passwords. Our recovery email service team cannot reset your password. Your account password is supported by your login provider.

To Change or Reset Your Password, Visit the Website of Your Login Provider:

• Facebook account: For information on how to reset or change your password, visit the Facebook Help Center.
